Vera Tequilana - Goddess of the Blue Agave

This image was a real challenge in terms of anatomy and lighting...but a lot of fun!
I am especially happy with the feet and the back.
Why Vera? ...well, Aloe Vera (as in the cactus) (I know I shouldn't give up my day job here)
And Tequilana?...well, blue agaves (Agave Tequilana) make THE best tequila and that can't be bad!
...maybe I should have called her Margarita

I wanted to get light and colour into it...and for some reason, dreadlocks. I did regret the dreadlocks decision half way through! ...and it needed pineapples

At first I wanted to turn him into one but I couldn't bear to paint over him. So the next best thing was to put him in a herd.
